Our training is straightforward. You will receive a checklist so you know what you need to do to achieve your raises. We also drive you to the job with many pick-up areas along I-65. You will also receive pay for your drive time. At Shaka the faster you improve the more likely you are to become a team leader which includes an additional daily bonus when you run your team successfully.
